Our Team
Wendy Fitzgerald
Lover of Jesus, Co-founder, Teacher, Author...
Wendy shares powerful and compelling teaching through her writing and speaking. With almost two decades in full time ministry and a background in theater, Wendy naturally employs humor, drama and story-telling to communicate the deep truth of God's Word. Captivating audiences with her unique style, she shares her passion for the Scriptures in a way that inspires, encourages, and blesses each listener. She has been described as, "as comfortable as the girl next door," a description she loves because the cry of her heart is for every woman to be seen and known and included. One of the names of God is "El Roi" which translates to the God who sees. Wendy is humbled that even on the days when life feels invisible, she serves a God who sees! It is that God that she longs for every woman to know and experience!
Once upon a time…Wendy fell in love with the word “story.” In fact, it is her favorite word in the English language because stories connect hearts and emotions. Jesus taught with story, for through story, analytical barriers are broken and learning can happen on many levels. At an early age, Wendy’s love of words was apparent, and throughout her life, God has given her opportunities to share His love with her words.
She married her high school sweetheart, and this year celebrate 29 years of marriage. They have a blended family of five kids through birth and adoption ranging in age from 13-23. Over the past few years God has taught them that life is not perfect... and that is okay. Why? Because the God who controls life is perfect even when life is not. Wendy loves coffee, she loves Mexican food, and she is a sucker for a good book.
Rebee Leeman
Lover of Jesus, Teacher, Author and Organizer of All Things Business...
In 2016 Rebee began serving alongside the existing team at If Then Move. Her dedication and strategic talents brought a new level of organization and structure to our team. If you have the privilege to spend any time with Rebee, you will quickly find that she loves deeply. She has a passion for missions and pursued that passion as a mission’s major at Milligan College. In 2010, after serving in many countries, Rebee adopted her daughter Livie from Haiti. Her heart of service to others is trumped only by her deep love for Jesus! Rebee sees needs that others do not see, and she does not hesitate to serve others in the place of those needs.
Rebee co-leads the ministry of If Then Move under the direction of our board. Her servant leadership involves many roles. You can find her managing the budget, designing brochures, leading prayer endeavors, writing Bible studies and teaching others. She likes softball, the beach, hiking and camping. She laughs loudly, cares deeply and loves unconditionally! One of the most interesting things about Rebee is that she thinks about every issue from multiple perspectives and pushes you to think past your natural bend. In this way, she helps others see things the way that Jesus sees them. She is not afraid to live outside of comfort if her sacrifice will bless others and increase God’s Kingdom. She is a humble leader whose strength comes from her deep reliance and dependence on her maker.
